Shipwright Surveyors is owned and managed by Kel. He brings decades of marine experience to every job he undertakes and is a trusted authority in the local community.
Kel surveys all kind of vessels, and offers a genuinely in-depth understanding of them. In the past, he has built a number of yachts and had sailed around the world for 4.5 years with his young family in the yacht he personally built . There’s simply no one better to trust with your boat!
A Comprehensive Assessment
Kel will conduct a detailed and thorough inspection of every area of the vessel, demonstrate and discuss verbally with all parties involved, before presenting his final written report. With a sailing yacht, Kel also climbs up to the top of the mast and offer a rig survey report at a modest charge.
Sea Trial and Test Sailing
Whatever the make and model of your vessel, Kel can take it onto the water for a sea trial.

We have a network of qualified sailing instructors who unstand your sailing passion and would love to assist with your sail training at any level.
